Double Sided DVD Stage 3 with decreased diameter appropriate for the regeneration of  the double-sided carriers. It eliminates a problem of wearing-off inscriptions located near the middle of a disc. It differs from a typical paper phase 3 with 4 mounting holes in the inner part instead of 2 that are in the standard phase 3 paper.
